The roads of Songhong Apartment in Xinjing Town is not only planned with colorful guide lines, but also installed with geomagnetic parking sensors. It will soon be linked with the smart display screen, making the ordinary home roads beautiful, safe and “smart!”

Each parking space here is equipped with a geomagnetic sensor the size of a cup cover, which can automatically sense whether the parking space is used. 

A total 300 of such geomagnetic devices have been installed in the community as part of an intelligent parking guidance system, which is connected with the smart screen at the entrance, and can display the parking situation in real time. 

It can also provide temporary parking space information for residents. 

The application of intelligent parking guidance system and the addition of parking spaces and colored guide lines on the ground in combination with road widening will greatly alleviate the contradiction of parking difficulties in old neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, Chengqiao No.2 Village is turning itself into the first open elderly care neighborhood in Changning. 

Hence, public facilities were upgraded to better serve local elderly people, which include extra parking spaces for visiting children, a 1,000 square meter habitat garden, a gallery, an activity room and a public living room.

In terms of software construction, digital maps of elderly care, healthcare and policy consultation online and other ways will better take care of the elderly people at their doorstep.
