Two more foreign-funded enterprises in Changning District were identified as the regional headquarters of multinational company on July 18.

Shanghai Siyanli Industrial Co, Ltd and Lamb Weston (Shanghai) Trading Co, Ltd obtained the certificate of regional headquarters for multinational conglomerate issued by Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng. At present, there are 82 regional headquarters of multinationals in Changning.

Shanghai Siyanli Industrial Co, Ltd was established in 1996 and focuses on providing comprehensive services for beauty and health. After years of development, Siyanli has “footprints” in more than 40 major cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xi’an, etc, with more than 150 high-end beauty clubs, nearly 10 aesthetic medicine clinics and hospitals, and nearly 10 scalp management centers. 

Currently, Siyanli offers over 200 facial and body care courses, with over 130,000 members and over 180,000 professional care sessions per year. It owns many skin care brands, including the wholly-owned brand SIYANLI, the laboratory skin care brand DR.Bio, the agent of the French marine brand THALGO Daikoer, the French aromatherapy brand DELAROM and the Korean scalp brand WELLKIN Verchin.
