Four collectables tell story of century-old street

Jiangsu Road Community has launched four cultural and creative products for the first time, telling the story of Yuyuan Road through artistic and cultural creativity, and creating a community atmosphere of co-construction, co-governance, and sharing.

On Yuyuan Road, not only can you meet artists and historical figures, but you can also encounter cute cats at the corners of alleys. They shuttle between courtyards and become part of the neighborhood, bringing endless joy to people. 

The phone stand incorporates the element of “cats” and conveys love in the neighborhood to more people through cultural and creative design.

Wutong Leaf Bookmark

The wutong leaves fluttering with the wind are a beautiful scenery on Yuyuan Road, adding a poetic and romantic feeling to the whole block. You can put these “always green” wutong leaves in the book, so that the “never fade” memory of Yuyuan Road can be treasured in your heart.

Lens card

The old western-style houses set off by the leisurely piano and wutong trees have left the style of historical celebrities such as “father of Chinese aerospace” Qian Xuesen. 

Capture the beautiful scenery on Yuyuan Road through red, yellow and blue lens cards, enjoy the unique silhouette with “piano,” “wutong leaf” and “rocket” outlines, and take a panoramic view of Yuyuan Road landscape integrating characteristic elements.

Streets to enjoy best fall colors

Under the cheers of the cold air, Shanghai has finally ushered in a truly deciduous season. Several deciduous landscape roads, such as Golden Street, Tianzhong Road, Yuyuan Road, and Tai’an Road, have been covered with a layer of fallen leaves, becoming a unique landscape. 

The fallen leaves roll up with passing vehicles in the wind, making a crisp sound of falling shells... attracting passersby to stop and record this beautiful “winter romance” moment.

There are 36 buildings in Changning with their tenants chipped in more than 100 million yuan of tax revenue last year, and the commercial complex Shanghai Arch has topped the list of such kind of buildings in the city for two consecutive years.
