Changning has launched the city’s first district level international service portal webpage, covering various aspects such as “housing, transportation, shopping, entertainment, health care, and education,” bringing new and rich experience to the expats.

On the first day of 2024, the official website of Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One-stop Service Center (International Services Shanghai Changing) was launched together with the foreign version of the “China Shanghai” government portal website, or the new version of the International Services Shanghai.

International Services Shanghai Changing upgraded online functions from three aspects: interpretation of government service, guidance on life service, and the release of information. 

It introduces information and service resources on overseas talent’s entry, tourism, work, and life, to meet the diversified needs of expats in Changning.

At the same time, the webpage also provides detailed graphic and textual introductions of offline service sites, including contact information, specific addresses, working hours, as well as government services such as customs clearance convenience, employment and entrepreneurship, livelihood security, and enterprise services, as well as rich life service resources such as housing, medical care, education, finance, insurance, translation, travel, training, and legal consultation, creating a comprehensive online service for expats in the district.

In addition, in order to facilitate people from overseas to quickly find the information they want, the homepage of the official website has also set up quick functions such as search and find, navigation bar, service item column, high-frequency business menu, information release, letter search, etc, which not only achieves one-stop access to government services, but also provides a variety of life services. 

In the humanities section, overseas visitors can also learn about the culture, history and custom of Changning through vivid videos, pictures, texts, etc, allowing them to feel the unique charm and profound heritage of Changning.
