The Changning-based Bosch, Johnson Controls, Michelin, Danaher and Otis are among the 151 best employers throughout the country
The “Top Employers China 2024” list is one of the most influential annual selections in the global human resources field.
The evaluation of China’s Top Employers assesses candidates comprehensively across six major human resource areas including talent strategy, work environment, diversity, and inclusivity, covering 20 topics in depth to fully evaluate the human resource management level and strength of participating companies.
Bosch (China) was awarded the second place of “Top Employers China 2024” and has been on the list for 13 years. Bosch (China) has over 50,000 employees, of which over 10,000 are research and development employees.
Among the newly recruited talent, more than 60 percent are engaged in research and development work. Bosch always believes that the success of its business cannot be separated from the outstanding contributions of its employees.

Johnson Controls has been on the list of Top Employers China for 13 consecutive years.
