Significant progress has been made in the phased construction of two future landmark buildings in Changning.

With the installation of the last steel beam in place before the Spring Festival, it marked the smooth completion of the stage task of steel structure construction for the training hall in Zone 1 of the Shanghai International Gymnastics Center’s overall renovation project.

The renovation project of Shanghai International Gymnastics Center covers approximately 30,000 square meters and adopts a spherical design with a height adjustment of 49.2 meters.

The maximum diameter of the sphere is 96 meters, and the area will be about four times larger than before. After its completion, the Shanghai International Gymnastics Center will become a comprehensive gymnasium with three floors above ground and four floors underground.
The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2025.
At the construction site of the 445 Loushanguan Road complex, the final pouring of concrete for the underground structure of the foundation pit has been completed.

The project aims to create an “urban living room” with the theme of “youth, fashion, innovation, and vitality.” It is planned to be built into a square tower with eight floors above ground and three floors below ground, integrating sports, youth science and technology innovation, and community cultural functions.

The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2025.
An interior decoration will be kicked off in the construction of another landmark commercial complex in Tianshan Community.

The Yifeng Center is located in the Hongqiao business area, bordering Loushanguan Road to the east, Xianxia Road to the south, Far East International Plaza and Gubei Apartment to the west, and Ziyun Road W. to the north.
It covers an area of 15,300 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 89,000 square meters, including two buildings: a 20-story (four stories underground) building for cultural, artistic, and office purposes, and a six-story (one story underground) building used for community administrative services.

The Yifeng Center being built aims to create the fourth generation office product of “art museum plus” and create a social functional office and leisure living space.
