Hence, the urban “capillary” passage from Wuyi Road to Zhaohua Road will be opened up. On the side of Wuyi Road in Feiyue Village, old western-style houses and gardens coexist.

On the side of Zhaohua Road, a courtyard style square creates opportunities for indoor and outdoor communication. The lawn, aerial terrace, rooftop garden and other areas are connected, creating a quiet and comfortable public space.

As night falls, one can overlook the Wuyi Road block under the sunset from a high place in Feiyue Village. Diverse lighting designs make city strolls more experiential. The open “unbounded space” allows nearby residents and tourists to experience a warm, pleasant, and fashionable atmosphere up close.

As one of the five key urban renewal projects on Wuyi Road in Changning District, the “WYSH Feiyue Li” located in the hinterland of Wuyi Road’s historical and scenic block, positioned as a “fashion and creative landmark.”

It will introduce businesses with innovative concepts and great potential, and at the same time, hold periodic art themed exhibitions to bring about the cross boundary between the art industry and commercial culture, building a platform for creative ecology.

Regular introduction of domestic and foreign artists, curators, economic experts, urban culture brand shapers, etc can guide different groups to carry out dialogue and discussion, and create the future together.

In terms of business, the project will focus on introducing innovative and potential first stores to create a recognizable trendy commercial space.

In terms of office work, it will focus on the cultural and creative industries, science and technology innovation industries, and integrate related formats such as cultural and artistic creation, research, exhibition, training, exchange, and promotion, gradually forming a “platform” for the incubation and service of various upstream and downstream institutions such as creative design studios and full media.
