Construction on a public housing project at the intersection of Gubei Road and Maotai Road has kicked off, which is expected to provide 112 condos for rent.

Part of a high-rise building with 21 floors above ground and two floors underground, the project is located on the sixth to 21st floors, with a planned construction area of 12,144 square meters.

The main types of housing in this project are one bedroom and two bedrooms, with a one bedroom housing area of approximately 43.2-52.9 square meters and a two bedroom housing area of approximately 58.14-70.8 square meters, which can meet the actual housing needs of young professionals. 

The interior design of the house will reflect a simple and fashionable style, balancing design sense and practicality. The selection principles of facilities and equipment will be green, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, energy-saving, smart, convenient, safe and reliable, providing a comfortable and reassuring living environment and services for tenants.

Around are large commercial complexes, such as The Place, Parkson Newcore and Huijin Department Store, the Loushanguan Road Station on Metro Line 2 and Line 15 is in the vicinity, as well as multiple bus routes such as No.88 and No.855.

Meanwhile, a total of 3,600 condos are ready to serve after two thirds of the Hongqiao Talent Apartment construction was completed. 

A shuttle bus line No. 1221 has been installed at the same time to ferry people between the apartment and Metro Line 2 Songhong Road Station.

The Hongqiao Talent Apartment is located at the Hongqiao International Open Hub, adjacent to the Changning Public Slow Way and the Outer Ring River W. to the east, south to Zhoujiabang, north to Tianshan Road W., and connected to the Hongqiao Sports Park via the slow way across Tianshan Road W.

Divided by Guanghong Road and Suining River, it is naturally divided into three plots: west, south, and east, with a total construction area of 388,000 square meters.
