Let’s make this summer unforgettable.
Upgrade makes wet markets clever
Four wet markets in Changning have been upgraded to better serve the people with smart services.
Three of the four are outlets of Meitian (Beautiful Day) and the other is Wojia (My Home). At the wet markets, each stall is equipped with a smart “AI” scale that can automatically identify and weigh fruits and vegetables, making it convenient and fast.
The digital screen on the scale can display product prices and various license information of the stall to customers in a clear and concise manner.

The shopping receipt has an exclusive QR code, which can be scanned to check the traceability information, providing protection for food safety.
In addition to displaying real-time transaction status, pesticide residue detection, on-site traffic and other information, the smart screen of the wet market has also been upgraded to add consumer interactive evaluation function.

“Residents can scan the code to rate the business operators, and the ranking here is clear at a glance. Residents have a sense of participation in buying groceries, and business operators have enthusiasm, promoting the construction of integrity and civilization in the market. It can be said that it is a win-win situation,” said manager of Wojia wet market.
Romantic moment on screen
The UU Center at the intersection of Changning Road, Dingxi Road, and Yuyuan Road has recently actively responded to the “Shanghai Summer” international consumption season by launching the “Ice Screen Confession” activity and collaborating with merchants in the mall to give back to consumers with promotional discounts.

The atrium of the shopping mall is equipped with a giant LED ice screen that is about 16 meters high and runs through multiple floors, as well as a stage and intelligent lighting system with a full floor tile screen.
People participated in interactive activities and submitted related images such as romantic confessions and moments of happiness, which were displayed on the ice screen on the Qixi Festival or the Chinese Valentine’s Day this year which falls on August 10.
“This event not only expands the functionality of the ice screen, but also allows people to experience a different kind of ‘digital romance’,” said manager of the center.
After more than two years of upgrading and renovation, the UU Center, originally known as the Remada Plaza, has now made a magnificent debut.
The central commercial format is with exciting supporting content such as interactive opening activities and fun markets.
A commercial complex above the Metro, the UU Center features three key business formats: retail, office, and hotel.

At present, some brand first stores have started operating. From trendy and cutting-edge sports brands to conceptual and creative catering brands, with the successive opening of brand tenants, people may enjoy high-quality consumption at their doorstep.

In terms of office format, the center has a high standard office space of about 20,000 square meters, with an overall design that advocates green, safety, and energy efficiency.
It has a 7-meter high lobby, independent air conditioning systems (VRV), shared meeting rooms, a storage center, etc, which can meet the flexible needs of settled enterprises.
