Greenway unfolds letter of spring

The letter of spring is unfolded at the ecological greenway of Outer Ring Road in Changning. Although the plants and trees that have been dormant for a winter have not yet awakened, tens of thousands of red plum blossoms have already seized the opportunity, and those pink flowers bloom together, adding infinite spring to the greenway. Adults and kids walking, or cycling are all attracted.

The greenway in early spring has a unique beauty. Everything seems to have just awakened from a deep sleep, with a hint of subtlety and tranquility. 

This kind of beauty is quiet and introverted, it is not ostentatious, but has infinite charm. It seems to be silently accumulating strength, waiting for a more brilliant bloom. 

When you are immersed in it, there is an indescribable sense of joy. Especially on sunny days, as if one can enjoy the gentle touch of sunshine with countless plants, and both body and soul are healed at this moment.

Local business honored as single-product champion

Thanks to the outstanding achievements of intelligent driving systems in technological innovation and commercial applications, Inceptio Technology, a unicorn enterprise in Changning, was among the city’s single-product champions last year.

Inceptio Technology is a truck autonomous driving technology and operation company established in 2018. Its business focuses on mainline logistics scenarios and adheres to the core strategy of “full stack self-developed plus mass production driven plus deep operation.” 

It independently develops full stack L2 to L4 level autonomous driving technology and works closely with the automotive industry to provide logistics users with greener, safer, and more efficient autonomous driving technology and a next generation of TaaS (Transportation-as-a-Service) freight network.

The 2025 Business Conference of Xinhua Road Community was held on February 19 to optimize the decision-making and deployment of the business environment, gather the strength of all parties, and jointly seek a new chapter in regional economic development.

Fundraise to lift the face of ‘Old Hongqiao’

A meeting was held on February 18 to discuss the sustainable development of urban renewal in Hongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, the exploration and establishment of urban renewal funds, and the planned implementation of the urban renewal projects of “Old Hongqiao.”

One of the first 14 economic and technological development zones approved by the State Council, Hongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone is in its fourth decades. 

Its primary 0.65 square kilometers and surrounding areas, starting from Zhongshan Road W. in the east, Furongjiang Road in the west, Hongbaoshi Road in the south, and Yuping Road S. in the north, totals 3.15 square kilometers, is known as “Old Hongqiao.”

At present, the urban renewal of this area adopts a strategy of “large-scale coordination, small unit implementation, and fund based operation.” Large area coordination refers to the establishment of a district coordination entity under the leadership of the government, which coordinates the planning, overall scheme design, and step-by-step fulfillment.

Small unit implementation refers to the planning and updating of projects based on the specific conditions.

Fundization operation is the financing mode in the operation, which can ensure centralized management of project planning and operation, and facilitate the attraction of social capital from multiple parties.

Spring lets your soul bloom

The streets of Changning have been filled with blooming flowers; with warm breezes caress the cheeks, and subtle fragrances widespread. Plum blossoms are everywhere, giving off a feeling of spring.
