With the sounding of the horn for resuming work and production after the New Year, major projects in Changning have pressed the “acceleration button” for resuming construction. 

At the construction site, there is a bustling scene of machinery roaring, trucks shuttling, cranes waving, and workers busy. It is reported that the Hongqiao Uptown, Crystal Bridge, and Hongqiao Talent Apartment (East Plot) will be completed within the year.

The main structure of the Hongqiao Uptown has been completed. Significant progress has been made in key milestones such as mechanical and electrical installation, decoration and renovation, overall outdoor design, and landscape greening.

The overall prototype of the project has emerged, and various acceptance tests will be launched to start the countdown to the completion and delivery of the project in the third quarter.  

The Crystal Bridge is currently in the construction sprint stage and is fully committed to promoting curtain wall construction and interior decoration work. 

In the next stage, the task force will focus on completing the remaining construction to ensure full completion by the end of September 2025.

At present, all buildings of Hongqiao Talent Apartment (East plot) have been structurally capped, and the exterior facade and interior decoration construction are being carried out. 

At the same time, the installation, supporting facilities, and overall outdoor construction have been comprehensively implemented to ensure the completion and delivery of the project by the end of this year.
