On the “Urban Art Education Day” which falls on March 29, Changning for the first time set up the main venue at Livat Shanghai, innovatively creating a new scenario that integrates “cultural, business, tourism, and sports exhibitions.”
At the event site, the four major cultural innovation projects – “Non Long-Term Learning Workshop,” “ART Neighborhood Space,” “Public Cultural New Space,” and “Cultural Project Manager” - were officially unveiled, opening a new chapter in the sound, newly built, and exploratory work mechanism of Changning’s cultural and tourism industry.
The launch of these projects not only enhances the quality and efficiency of high-quality public cultural resources reaching the grassroots level in Changning, but also injects new vitality into improving the “10-minute public cultural service circle.”
