In early summer, everything is flourishing. The Changning Outer Ring Ecological Greenway has transformed into a “flower world,” with layers of pink roses, purple whips, and golden chrysanthemums.
Gesang flowers sway, squirrels and butterflies shuttle back and forth. With just a snap, it’s a stunning blockbuster.
Neighborhood destination for tourism and leisure
The Columbia Circle Panyu Road neighborhood has been picked by the city authority as a neighborhood for tourism and leisure, becoming the third of its kind in Changning after Yuyuan Road and Wuyi Road.
It is located at 1262 Yan’an Road W., in the middle area of three historical and scenic areas: Xinhua Road, Yuyuan Road, Hengshan Road and Fuxing Road.
It was previously part of the “Colombian Circle,” planned and designed by renowned architect László Hudec, with a history dating back to the 1920s.
The neighborhood adheres to the concept of “respecting historical context, preserving urban memory, diverse sharing and symbiosis, creating public spaces, and stimulating urban vitality,” perfectly integrating historical buildings, modern industrial buildings, and green buildings.
The round the clock operation mode combined with intelligent management has enabled the neighborhood to break through the time limit.
During the day, makers shuttle between open office and cafes. At night, the outdoor bars, light markets, and the VR experience hall by the swimming pool are popular.

World’s most beloved beagle 75-year-old
The Raffles City Changning presents a limited time flash sale of Snoopy’s time travel, transforming the mall into a comic world. People can check-in and collect exhibits in an immersive atmosphere.
In the store, there are limited edition items such as Snoopy and Olaf plush toys, limited edition items such as plush pen bags and hooded neck pillows, relief stickers, and six seals for the 75th anniversary, and exclusive pop-up offline products such as the “Celebration Day” series pendants, which are dazzling.
A 10-meter-tall Snoopy stands on the outdoor lawn, attracting many passersby to stop and take photos. Walking into the atrium on the first floor of the east side of the shopping mall, there is a crowded pop-up store.
It recreates cartoon scenes such as a baseball field and a red dog house, and every frame is filled with memories. A large character wall and a vintage collection exhibition have been set up outside the store, with documentary videos available for viewing.
The exhibits in the collection exhibition are accompanied by interpretations, and many fans are moved by Snoopy’s story. A fan saved up most pocket money during childhood and purchased a McDonald’s joint Snoopy toy for collection to this day.
Another one used an IP ledger and persisted for five years to turn Snoopy related content into a storybook. There are also Snoopy dolls given to oneself by family members as companions in life.
