The Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center and the Customs Health Center have integrated information data and service resources, opened a full process facilitation service, and effectively reduced the time for processing entry health certificates.

After the physical examination is completed, the Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center can directly obtain the result and process work permits, residence permits, and other related services for overseas talent through the backend.

District serves fans feasts of trend toys

The Pop Mart flash mob event, as well as well-known IP themed events such as Moomin, Snoopy, and Kirby, have successively landed in Changning.

Best boutique course to start and grow business

The Shanghai Malanhua Entrepreneurship Training Boutique Course has officially begun. The course focuses on the cross-border e-commerce, with the “Suhe Entrepreneurship Belt” as its profound foundation, deeply integrating Changning’s key industry layout, and bringing classic cross-border e-commerce cases such as Anke and SHEIN into the classroom, attracting over a hundred entrepreneurs to register.

A total of 40 students embarked on an advanced journey from “novices” to “veterans” in e-commerce entrepreneurship, including market research on e-commerce platforms, exploration of niche blue ocean categories, generation of product selection reports, and optimization of entrepreneurial plans. 

During the three-day training, the course focuses on the dual dimensional improvement of “goal power and thinking power” and “cross-cultural conflict resolution solutions,” providing entrepreneurs with cutting-edge cross-border e-commerce knowledge in the industry. 

In addition, the course actively builds a platform for everyone to conduct entrepreneurial practices and roadshows.

Another five years of higher quality development

The year of 2025 is when the 14th Five Year Plan comes to an end, and also the year of planning for the formulation of the 15th Five Year Plan, a year that connects the past and the future. 

Against the backdrop of the construction of the Hongqiao International Open Hub becoming a national level strategy, Changning District, as the only downtown district in the city that is included in the region, is facing a key window for the development of the Hongqiao Business District through the “Greater Hongqiao” strategy.

During the 15th Five Year Plan period, Changning will adopt a more open attitude, innovative thinking, and practical measures to create a digital new window for international trade, a diversified new benchmark for international consumption, and a high-quality new district for youth development, promoting the district to move toward higher quality development.

‘Water Lilies’ alive 

Within the New Hongqiao Central Garden and Changning Outer Ring Ecological Greenway in Changning District, water lilies are in full bloom, with pink and yellow flowers covering the water surface, resembling a colorful flower carpet that looks like a masterpiece by Claude Monet.
