The Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center works with the Customs Health Center to launch “online and offline interoperability,” providing overseas workers in Changning District with a convenient experience throughout the entire process from “green channel appointment” to “direct connection to the certification result backend.”

The Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center and the Customs Health Center have integrated information data and service resources, opened a full process facilitation service, and effectively reduced the time for processing entry health certificates.

After the physical examination is completed, the Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center can directly obtain the result and process work permits, residence permits, and other related services for overseas talent through the backend.

The Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center announced the addition and optimization of the “3+4+7” service package.

Four service measures are added this time, namely the application and recognition of talent home and abroad in the innovation and entrepreneurship areas, the green channel for foreign nationals to apply for work permits (residence permits) and physical examinations, the overseas talent direct connection platform of China Unicom Hongqiao International Talent Service Center, and communication services for foreign nationals.

Seven guidelines were launched at the same time, namely entry and exit, investment and entrepreneurship, urban tourism, transit tourism, medical consultation, travel convenience, and pet raising.

Since its renovation and reopening on April 15, 2024, the Shanghai Hongqiao Overseas Talent One Stop Service Center has served over 110,000 people, including more than 11,000 foreign professionals.
