On August 28, Ingka Group’s new shared workspace, Hej! Workshop, officially opened at Office by Livat. Located on the third floor of Building E at Livat Shanghai, this space integrates flexibility, design aesthetics, and a sense of community, offering a Nordic-style office experience that will open a new chapter in urban flexible work.

Office by Livat is part of Ingka Centres, which, like IKEA, belongs to Ingka Group. It has consistently enhanced the office experience through Nordic design principles and people-centric services. In an era that emphasizes offline collaboration and a sense of community, more and more people prefer to work freely and flexibly, leading to a growing demand for flexible workspaces. In response to this trend, Office by Livat launched Hej! Workshop, which has already been operating in Stockholm, Sweden; Paris, France; and San Francisco, USA, vividly embodying the concept of "Nordic experiential office."

Now, guided by the new philosophy of “A better place between home and office,” Hej! Workshop has officially arrived in Shanghai, making its debut at Office by Livat in Changning District. Upon entering Building E of Livat Shanghai, visitors will find a floor directory on the first level, making it easy to navigate to the third floor. In terms of design, Hej! Workshop features a lush, bright, and minimalist Nordic style, furnished entirely with IKEA office furniture, allowing users to experience the Nordic philosophy of happy and efficient work.

In terms of space design, Hej! Workshop offers a variety of options, including private offices, flexible desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, and indoor-outdoor event spaces. Combined with flexible lease terms, it can meet the diverse needs of small businesses, startups, freelancers, and small studios.

Regarding amenities, Hej! Workshop is independently managed according to Class A office building standards, ensuring high-quality service and office experience. In collaboration with WeWork, it has introduced the “FLEXPRIME” smart office system, enabling businesses and individuals to book spaces flexibly, enhancing convenience and comfort. Leveraging the resources of over 300 brands at Livat Shanghai, Hej! Workshop seamlessly integrates dining, shopping, and entertainment, achieving an organic blend of work and life.

Hej! Workshop will open for bookings in September. From September 1 to 30, meeting room bookings will enjoy a 30% discount, catering to meetings of various sizes, including 6-person, 12-person, and 24-person setups.
