On the afternoon of September 5, the "Policy Ignites New Journeys, Talent Gather in Linkong" talent policy promotion event, along with the Linkong Park "Talent Gathering" activity, was held at the Hongqiao International Conference Center. The event aimed to further align talent policies with corporate needs and enhance the region’s talent service capabilities, attracting numerous enterprise executives, HR managers, and Party branch secretaries from the park.
During the event, the Changning District Talent Bureau provided a comprehensive overview of the district’s talent policies, detailing various initiatives across three key areas: talent recruitment, talent development, and talent housing.
Changning Talent Company, an innovative state-owned enterprise under East Hongqiao, introduced its one-stop market-oriented services for businesses, covering recruitment, training, and policy coordination. Recently, the company also launched specialized activities targeting senior executives and young talent, committed to further improving the efficiency of talent acquisition and cultivation through digital tools.
The Linkong Park Party Service Center shared insights into the park’s Party building efforts. Rooted in red culture, public welfare culture, and community culture, the center continues to advance comprehensive Party building coverage, support cooperative projects in Yunnan, and encourage employee participation in park governance. This year’s flagship "Four Hearts, Three Gatherings" themed Party building activities aim to pool resources, amplify advantages, enhance talent services, improve park governance, and boost corporate satisfaction.
During the interactive session, enterprise representatives actively raised questions on topics of concern, particularly regarding industry-academia collaboration programs, criteria for designating key enterprises in the district, and the application process for talent apartments. The talent bureau addressed each query individually, offering tailored assistance to park enterprises.
After the event, HR managers remained enthusiastic, engaging in detailed discussions with officials from the talent bureau and Linkong Park on specific policy details. One HR manager remarked, "Previously, we had only a vague understanding of the policies. Today’s explanations made everything much clearer."
The Linkong Park Party Committee has launched three service brands this year: "Listening Gathering" to heed corporate feedback, "Talent Gathering" to facilitate exchanges among talent across fields, and "Fun Gathering" to foster collaboration through cultural and sports activities. Among these, "Talent Gathering" is designed to build an efficient communication platform among the government, enterprises, and talent, enabling precise alignment of needs and resources while promoting talent aggregation and collaborative development. Moving forward, the Park Party Committee will continue to deepen the "Four Hearts, Three Gatherings" brand under the guidance of Party building, continually improving talent services to inject strong momentum into the region’s high-quality development.
