On September 8, the "Shine on Changning, Create the Future" theme event, jointly organized by the District Investment Promotion Office and Tianshan Subdistrict and hosted by Crystal Bridge, was held at the Greater Hongqiao Business Service Center. The event featured the launch of the "Crystal Bridge Integrated Enterprise Service and Approval Zone," along with the signing of a cooperation agreement between Tianshan Subdistrict and Crystal Bridge to establish a joint government-enterprise team.
"With a total construction area of nearly 250,000 square meters, Crystal Bridge is built on the core concepts of green sustainability, intelligence, and connectivity. Through elevated corridors, it seamlessly links five Grade-A office towers, integrating high-end commercial spaces, sky gardens, and an open-air theater, all designed to foster an innovative and interconnected business environment." During the event, enterprise representatives toured Crystal Bridge and engaged in exchanges while receiving detailed introductions from staff.
As a key project in Changning’s core area, the Crystal Bridge complex is jointly developed by Tishman Speyer, New Changning Group, and Mitsubishi Estate, with completion scheduled for this year. Leveraging its prime location above two metro lines, LEED Gold-certified high-quality architecture, and a mixed-use model of "premium office + distinctive commerce," Crystal Bridge aims to become a new landmark enhancing urban functionality and clustering high-quality industries in Changning.
Through policy guidance and resource integration, Changning District provides solid support for Crystal Bridge, intending to make the project a benchmark for optimizing the business environment. Wilson Chen, CEO of Tishman Speyer China, said: "With the strong support of the Changning District government, Crystal Bridge will not only become a new regional landmark but also attract high-quality domestic and international enterprises with its dual advantages of 'space + services,' injecting sustained momentum into Changning’s high-quality economic development."
During the event, the District Government General Office, District Construction and Management Commission, District Market Supervision Bureau, Tianshan Subdistrict, and Crystal Bridge jointly launched the "Crystal Bridge Integrated Enterprise Service and Approval Zone." This zone operates through a project-based, on-site, scheduled, and integrated model for approval services. Tenants can access services such as consulting and guidance, joint site inspections, streamlined market entry, and centralized processing. Stores will experience one-stop service for opening businesses, enabling them to efficiently handle high-frequency matters like company registration, project filing, and industry permits within Crystal Bridge without needing to visit government service halls. Newly opened businesses can also enjoy combined "service packages" and end-to-end support. As an important measure to optimize the business environment, the zone will also provide customized policy consulting and process guidance for tenants, covering the entire enterprise lifecycle.
On site, Tianshan Subdistrict and Crystal Bridge signed a cooperation agreement to form a joint government-enterprise team, innovatively launching a collaborative investment promotion model. In the future, this team will dynamically track corporate leasing needs, offer "one-to-one" settlement services for interested enterprises, provide timely updates on the latest policy developments, and comprehensively enhance companies’ confidence in establishing a presence. During the client signing session, Crystal Bridge signed agreements with three companies—Sanwa Supply Inc., Shanghai, JIA Petcare, and Yamaso International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.—officially welcoming its first batch of office tenants. Meanwhile, well-known dining brands such as Fuxu and Dao Zhong • Liujiao also signed commercial intent agreements with Crystal Bridge.
The hosting of the "Shine on Changning, Create the Future" theme event not only marks an important market debut for Crystal Bridge but also represents an innovative practice by Changning District to enhance regional influence, promote industrial upgrading, and optimize the business environment through government-enterprise collaboration. With Crystal Bridge nearing completion, Changning and Crystal Bridge will work together to attract more high-quality enterprises aligned with the district’s development direction, building a new industrial highland in Changning.
Deputy District Director Zhao Yongzun attended the event and delivered a speech.
