As a key project in Changning District, Crystal Bridge has been entrusted with the mission of upgrading the quality of business in the area and attracting high-quality industrial resources since its inception. Recently, the project's gallery was unveiled to the public—a space where textured design, ecological concepts, and efficient business seamlessly coexist. Located at 688 Tianshan Road, Crystal Bridge is a collaborative effort by Tishman Speyer, New Changning Group, and Mitsubishi Estate. The project is now in the final countdown to completion. From design planning to its impending delivery, Crystal Bridge has brought together world-class expertise: the main structure was designed by the globally renowned architecture firm NBBJ, interior and landscape design were handled by Mitsubishi Jisho Design from Japan, and the gallery was designed and constructed by the internationally leading workplace design firm M Moser.

The gallery is situated on the 19th floor of Tower 1. Through the signature diamond-faceted glass curtain wall, it offers panoramic views of the bustling Tianshan-Gubei business district, seamlessly integrating business perspectives with urban vitality.

Upon entering the gallery, the curved ceiling lighting at the reception area immediately captures attention. Flowing light and shadow echo the project's distinctive "Light Loop," while the unique circular design responds to the form of the sunken plaza at the heart of the complex. Light cascades downward, skillfully bringing the energy of the outdoors inside, blending business and leisure atmospheres, and breaking the stereotypes of traditional commercial office spaces.

In the highly sought-after location of Changning, Crystal Bridge ingeniously incorporates 13,000 square meters of green space. Inside the gallery, this natural gift is perfectly condensed, with lush greenery arranged in layered formations, creating the tranquil ambiance of a "garden in the sky." With parks just steps away and forests visible through every window, greenery becomes an accessible daily backdrop.

Transparency, dynamism, and refinement are the architectural DNA of Crystal Bridge. The gallery cleverly "folds" the iconic faceted glass curtain wall of Tower 1 into the interior space. Glass partitions and wall lines continue the geometric facets, refracting richly layered light and shadow when sunlight passes through, harmonizing with the Crystal elements in the space and delivering an immersive experience that allows visitors to appreciate architectural beauty in every detail.

As a transit-oriented development (TOD) business landmark with a total construction area of nearly 250,000 square meters, Crystal Bridge is built to LEED Gold standards. Sky bridges seamlessly connect five Grade-A office towers, boutique retail spaces, an open-air theater, and the sky garden, creating a unique garden-style business environment in the city center.

The newly unveiled gallery embraces the concept of "space as a service," meticulously balancing aesthetics and functionality to present a simple yet sophisticated business experience. Since its opening, the gallery's unique design and forward-thinking positioning have attracted numerous government and corporate representatives for visits. In the future, the Crystal Bridge gallery will also operate as a long-term tenant service center, continuously providing thoughtful and convenient value-added services for tenants.

Recently, the Changning District government and Crystal Bridge announced the launch of a dedicated integrated approval workspace for enterprise services, along with the formation of a joint government-enterprise investment promotion team. Currently, leasing efforts for Crystal Bridge are steadily advancing, with the first batch of tenants already signed. In the future, Crystal Bridge will continue to deepen its collaboration with the Changning District government to attract more high-quality enterprises aligned with the district's development direction, establishing a new industrial hub in Changning.
