Changning's industrial internet cluster gains national recognition 发布时间:2025-10-23 信息来源:上海长宁
Recently, Black Lake Technology, a Shanghai-based industrial technology enterprise, participated as a corporate representative in the national symposium on economic situation with experts and entrepreneurs and delivered a speech. The area where this company, deeply rooted in the industrial internet sector, is located happens to be the Changning District Industrial Internet Platform Cluster, one of the specialized clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises recently approved as a national-level cluster. What is the relationship between the success of technological innovation enterprises and cluster cultivation? The "News Report" program on STV's News Channel specifically covered this industrial cluster.

Black Lake Technology is situated in the Shanghai Silicon Alley on Wuyi Road. Since its establishment in 2016, it has launched three industrial software products: Black Lake Smart Manufacturing (for large factories), Black Lake Xiaogongdan (for small, medium, and micro factories), and Black Lake Supply Chain (for supply chain collaboration and efficiency). Today, their software products are used in nearly 35,000 factories across the country.

Not far away, Westwell Lab, also founded and developed here over the past decade, successfully won a bid last month to create the world's first application example integrating "AI + autonomous driving + FOD detection" at Pudong Airport. The Q-Truck model, prominently displayed in the exhibition hall, is their star intelligent driving product. Its laser radar system uses products from Hesai Technology—a match facilitated by the cluster.

Leveraging the Shanghai Silicon Alley innovation block as a platform, the Changning District Industrial Internet Platform Cluster has gathered 214 enterprises, including 107 high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises and over 50 anchor enterprises. In 2024, the cluster's total revenue reached 19.447 billion yuan (US$2.73 billion).

In the next step, Changning will focus more on niche sectors, such as industrial cloud platforms, industrial software, high-end equipment, and industrial embodied intelligence, aiming to build Changning's brand, strengthen upstream and downstream linkages, specialize in industry-academia-research collaboration, and support the rapid growth of enterprises within the industrial cluster.
