Recently, the Changning District Talent Affairs Bureau, together with enterprises like Bosch, Trip.com, China Eastern Airlines, Black Lake, and Westwell, visited Wuhan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology to conduct the "Talent from Chu Gather in Changning" 2025 Global Recruitment Tour at Prestigious Universities.

The event adopted a dual-track model of "district-enterprise-university symposiums, info sessions + job fairs," aiming to build a bridge between high-end talent and quality enterprises, precisely aligning Changning's key industry needs with the intellectual resources of renowned universities. They held in-depth discussions with the School of Computer Science at Wuhan University and the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology on topics including talent supply, technology transfer, and employment linkage. Consensus and preliminary cooperation directions were reached in multiple areas, including collaborative research tackling, joint talent cultivation, and internship base construction, helping Changning gather more scientific and technological innovation talent and deepen the district's talent advantages.

Thanks to extensive prior promotion, the info sessions and job fairs boasted a lively atmosphere, with students actively and enthusiastically participating. A cumulative total of over 1,000 resumes were received, and internship or preliminary interview intentions were established with more than 200 individuals, reserving quality talent for Changning's industrial development.
