On November 21, the Achievement Exchange Meeting for the Sci-Tech Post Merit Competition of Linkong Park was held. Centered on the theme "Building Merits in Sci-Tech Posts and Innovating Trade Union Work," the event integrated sessions on sci-tech achievement exchanges, trade union work sharing, and inter-union visits. Approximately 50 participants attended, including representatives from the Changning District Federation of Trade Unions, Linkong Park management, and sci-tech innovation teams.

During the exchange meeting, sci-tech teams from 13 companies were awarded the "2025 Outstanding Sci-Tech Project Award of Linkong Park." To build a sci-tech-oriented Linkong, this year's merit competition targeted sci-tech posts. Through extensive mobilization by trade unions, various research teams in the park actively registered. Ultimately, the judging panel selected a series of representative technological innovation achievements based on economic and social benefits. These projects cover multiple cutting-edge fields such as biomedicine, artificial intelligence, green and low-carbon initiatives, communication technology, and fintech, collectively demonstrating the strong capabilities and sense of responsibility of park enterprises in tackling sci-tech innovation challenges.

In the achievement sharing session, representatives from five companies—iCell, Bosch China, Yixin, Zhixin Electric, and SIMCom—exchanged insights on projects including clinical-grade universal dual-virus-specific T-cell therapy for refractory CMV/EBV infections post-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, end-to-end autonomous driving, the development of large-capacity amorphous alloy three-dimensional wound core transformers, and the research and development of 5G wireless communication modules based on domestic chips. They introduced their technological breakthroughs, application scenarios, and social value, offering valuable inspiration to the attending researchers.

Subsequently, four enterprise trade union chairs from Bosch, Zhixin Electric, China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, and Yixin shared practical experiences and reflections on union work and employee skill development tailored to their respective organizational contexts. Wu Yifei, chair of the Bosch China Trade Union, said, "I greatly appreciate the inter-union visit activities, as they provide continuous learning opportunities." Yixin's "Love Coffee," priced at 3 yuan per cup, closely integrates targeted assistance with employee needs, fulfilling both social responsibility and practical employee demands. Xing Jun, chair of the Zhixin Electric Trade Union, and Chu Yun, vice chair of the Trade Union at the Shanghai Branch of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, raised issues regarding technical employee certification and professional title reciprocity in talent development, engaging in discussions with relevant officials from the District Federation of Trade Unions.

This event was not only a face-to-face exchange but also a tour of park enterprises. In the first half of this year, under the guidance of the Linkong Park Party Committee, a "Sci-Tech+" talent development platform was actively built, promoting the establishment of a Linkong Park sci-tech talent pool and organizing enterprise representatives to visit Zhangjiang Science Park for study and exchange, laying a solid foundation for subsequent union work and talent activities. Prior to the meeting, representatives of the research teams, under the careful arrangements of the Bosch China and Yixin trade unions, visited the two companies. At the exhibition hall, laboratories, and employee service areas of Bosch China's headquarters, participants learned about Bosch's growth story, cutting-edge future-oriented research, and the trade union's distinctive practices in serving employees and promoting innovation.

The visit to Yixin Group began with a ride on the "Baby Bus." Participants collectively took these shuttle buses equipped with L4-level autonomous driving technology to Yixin, visited its "Zhixin Multi-Dimensional" AI intelligent full-scenario application display area, learned about innovation practices in the automotive finance sector, and exchanged views on the trade union's innovative work. It is reported that since its launch, the number of park "Baby Buses" has increased from 10 to 20, with 14-seat models soon to be deployed.

This event collectively displayed the latest achievements of the sci-tech post merit competition, provided a platform for enterprises to learn and showcase, and continuously injected strong momentum into the growth of sci-tech talent in the park, the synergy of industrial chain innovation, and the high-quality development of the park. Moving forward, Linkong Park will continue to leverage the bridging role of trade unions, expand diverse exchange platforms, fully stimulate employees' innovation potential, and contribute greater strength to building the park into a high-level sci-tech hub.
