Spring breeze brings news from Changning District's East Hongqiao area! Hongqiao Airport Commercial Plaza (East Area Plot P) and Hongqiao Qihang Business Plaza (East Area Plot J), two key building complexes scheduled for operation in Changning District in 2026, have entered the investment promotion phase and will be completed and delivered by the end of this year.  

Among them, Hongqiao Airport Commercial Plaza is located west of Konggang No. 1 Road and north of Yingbin No. 1 Road, adjacent to and connected with Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1 and the Hongqiao Terminal 1 Station of Metro Line 10.  

The project has a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan and a total floor area of about 93,000 square meters. Based on the new "station-city integration" model, it uses a 100-meter-long underground passage and an 80-meter-long sky bridge to fully connect the metro concourse, commercial complex, transportation center, and terminal building, positioning the project as a core business and commercial platform serving the airport.  

As a commercial space, Hongqiao Airport Commercial Plaza features special amenities such as a naked-eye 3D screen, dedicated check-in and security services, as well as high-end concierge services including airport VIP value-added services and private escort. As a high-standard office space, it is built to the Green Building Three-Star standard, offering quality office space of about 2,600 square meters per full floor, with insulated LOW-E glass curtain walls and top-tier electromechanical equipment.  

Hongqiao Qihang Business Plaza is bounded by Yingbin No. 1 Road to the north, Yingbin No. 6 Road to the south, Konggang No.1 Road to the west, and Hangyou Road (planned) to the east. The northwest corner of the plot is near Hongqiao Terminal 1 Station of Metro Line 10.  

With a total investment of 1.54 billion yuan and a total floor area of 62,300 square meters, the project consists of one leased office building, four detached office buildings for sale, and supporting commercial facilities. It aims to become a high-quality landmark project that enhances the service capacity of Hongqiao Airport and builds a premium terminal area.  

Currently, the East Hongqiao area is undergoing a "radical" transformation, continuously breaking through bottlenecks in urban renewal and promoting the optimization and upgrading of regional functions. The five major on-site entities, including the Airport Group, China Eastern Airlines, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China East China Regional Administration, are driving comprehensive renewal of their own land parcels and strengthening their business functions. In recent years, upgrades to Terminal 1 and its transportation center have been completed, as well as supporting infrastructure for Phase 1 and Phase 2 municipal projects. The garden-style high-end headquarters office park "Yunqi Center" and the Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (Airport Group T1 north plot project) have already been put into operation.
