On March 24, as part of the supporting activities for the 2026 Shanghai Global Investment Promotion Conference, the "New Opportunities for Integration, Win-Win for the Future" 2026 Changning District Culture, Commerce, Tourism, Sports, Exhibitions and Green Spaces Integrated Development Exchange Event was held. Representatives of Hongqiao Culture and Tourism Alliance members, along with representatives of enterprises that have settled or intend to settle in Changning in 2026, gathered together to jointly outline new paths for the integrated development of culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions and green spaces.  

The event reviewed the achievements of Changning District's collaboration in culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions and green spaces in 2025, and promoted key projects for cultural and tourism integration in 2026. Since the establishment of the Changning District Culture and Tourism Industry Party-building Joint Platform, also known as the Hongqiao Culture and Tourism Alliance, in December 2023, the platform has adhered to the guidance of Party-building, opened up channels for cultural and tourism supply-demand matching services, covering six major sectors: hotel accommodation, tourism services, cultural industries, cultural venues, key commercial districts, and cultural and tourism resources. It has facilitated 25 cooperation projects among more than 40 enterprises, earning widespread recognition and trust from cultural and tourism enterprises. At the exchange event, 12 new member enterprises officially joined the Hongqiao Culture and Tourism Alliance, further expanding the industry cooperation "circle of friends" and continuously unleashing the "multiplier effect" of integrated development of culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions and green spaces, injecting stronger vitality into Changning's regional economic development.  

A special resource matching session was held on-site. Units including Shanghai Spring Tour, Shanghai Land Hongqiao Construction & Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and Hongqiao Airport Commercial Plaza shared high-quality resources and promoted cooperation projects based on their own business operations, providing a platform for resource sharing, exchange and cooperation for alliance members and promoting coordinated development among multiple parties.  

Bringing enterprises in is only the first step; helping them grow and thrive is equally important. In recent years, Changning's cultural and tourism sector has continuously strengthened the integration of investment promotion and services, striving to build platforms for government-enterprise communication, industry exchange, and resource sharing. This year, seven new enterprises in fields such as short dramas, trade, and technology have already settled in Changning, injecting fresh momentum into regional industrial development. At the exchange event, representatives of enterprises intending to settle in Changning spoke one by one, engaging in face-to-face discussions with relevant departments including the District Investment Promotion Office, Development and Reform Commission, Commerce Commission, and Culture and Tourism Administration regarding their practical needs during development. In response to the enterprises' concerns, the relevant departments provided policy responses and explanations on the spot. Going forward, Changning will also assign "butler-style" cultural and tourism service specialists to provide one-on-one personalized services, fully supporting enterprises in their deep-rooted and steady development in Changning.  

It is reported that in the next phase, Changning's cultural and tourism sector will focus on the 15th Five-Year Plan layout, continue to promote the deep integration of culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions and green spaces, and continuously elevate the level of cultural and tourism undertakings and industrial development, providing strong support for building Changning into an internationally renowned premium urban district with global influence.
