In this year’s Double Five Shopping Festival, Changning will integrate the combined advantages of “culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions, and green spaces,” adopting a dual‑driver approach of “events + policies.” Leveraging the multiplier effects of iconic landmark events and policy incentives, the district aims to create a consumption atmosphere featuring full mobilization, broad participation, comprehensive media coverage, and universal benefits, thereby vigorously releasing consumption potential.


Three Thematic Features

Strong industry‑commerce interaction, highlighting the district’s distinctive strengths. Leveraging the agglomeration advantages of Changning’s fashion consumer goods industry, key events such as the distribution of Guochao consumption vouchers, the Made in Shanghai Good Products Exchange, and the Shanghai Fashion Customization Week will bring together high‑level enterprises, showcasing Changning’s fashionable consumption and national‑trend characteristics.

Diverse integration, adding “highlights” to market empowerment. On May 8, the opening ceremony of Changning District’s 7th Double Five Shopping Festival will be held at Archwalk Mall. With a focus on the creation of the Zhongshan Park Business District as a 3A‑level scenic business district, the outlook for the night economy in the Hongqiao‑Gubei Business District, the project launch of the Airport Commercial Plaza in the Linkong Business District, and the introduction of happy economy consumption scenarios in the Xinhua Business District, the ceremony will comprehensively showcase Changning’s new consumption formats, models, and scenarios, kicking off a two‑month district‑wide consumption promotion climax.

The Changning sub‑venue of the Shanghai International Flower Show will create landmark floral landscapes at Livat Shanghai, The Place, and Brilliant West Shopping Mall, accompanied by district shuttle buses and ticket‑stub discounts. The Changning Coffee Culture Week, featuring leading brands such as Luckin and Chagee, will create a relaxed and comfortable consumption environment.
