Shanghai’s pioneering maker space Suhehui builds innovative model to nurture SMEs 发布时间:2026-06-18 信息来源:上海长宁

“Technology in Changning, scenarios across the globe.” This phrase vividly captures the reality that Changning’s sci-tech innovation is deepening and putting into practice. At the Digital Silicon Lane Incubator, tech teams are exploring application scenarios for superconducting materials. At the East Hongqiao International Youth Sci‑Tech Innovation Center, several post‑90s founders are pursuing their innovation goals through the lightweight structure of “one-person companies” (OPC). At Tongchuang 717 and Suhehui’s former factory buildings, hard technologies are gradually growing out of urban renewal. Hongqiao Zhiyu is emerging as an industrial hub for AI agents and embodied intelligence. Together, these spaces form Changning’s innovation “spatial matrix.” The fifth stop in our “Changning Incubator Development” series takes us to Suhehui Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, the city’s first maker space and a fertile ground for small and medium‑sized enterprises.

“What impressed us most about Suhehui Qingshe Space is the peace of mind it offers. From basic office facilities to business development needs, the park has thought of everything in advance,” said Hao Jingxuan, marketing director of Youjing Network. “With the support of the Zhuamu ERP system and an integrated online omni‑channel matrix, our team has built a unified e‑commerce business system combining online operations, supply chain integration, and digital management, significantly upgrading our operational efficiency.”

Thanks to Suhehui’s comprehensive support, this digital e‑commerce company focused on home building materials has achieved rapid growth. Founded in 2012 as the first enterprise in Shanghai to operate under the name “maker space,” Suhehui has always resonated with the needs of SMEs. As of May 2026, the park has incubated more than 10,000 enterprises, served over 1,000 companies in the e‑commerce sector, and nurtured over 100 brands worth hundreds of millions of yuan, establishing a unique “space + ecosystem + digital” three‑in‑one growth system in Changning.

Space as foundation, ecosystem as wings: Building a community for enterprise growth

SMEs need a platform that sparks innovation and connects resources. To meet this need, Suhehui created Qingshe Space, positioned as a “light‑luxury ecosystem for tech entrepreneurship,” offering one‑stop solutions for e‑commerce, digital tech, and asset‑light growth enterprises. Hao noted that beyond customized office solutions, the space bundles all enterprise services from registration consulting and property logistics to subsidy matching and brand promotion. “We don’t have to be distracted by administrative details and can focus our energy on business development.”

According to Du Juan, operations director of Suhehui, Qingshe Space adopts an internet‑based operational model, providing fully furnished, ready‑to‑move‑in offices. Live‑streaming rooms, meeting rooms, and roadshow halls are all free to use. “The flexible, divisible layouts and diverse leasing options, combined with smart management systems, accommodate diverse needs, from small startup teams to growing companies with dozens of employees.” To date, Qingshe Space has maintained an occupancy rate of over 95% and a renewal rate of 90%, earning a strong reputation for its quality environment and full‑chain services.

From providing physical space to building a growth ecosystem, Suhehui has always put enterprise needs at its core. The park has established an expert pool covering six key areas: e‑commerce operations, digital technology, financial compliance, policy application, legal risk control, and investment and financing. These experts provide one‑on‑one consultations, themed salon training, on‑site research visits, and industrial resource matchmaking, offering tailored services for enterprises at different growth stages.

“The park proactively reaches out to connect us with various support policies, helping us secure multiple special subsidies including tax relief. Through the park’s resource matchmaking platform, our team has also connected with upstream and downstream supply chain partners, significantly improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding market channels,” said a resident team. From internal collaboration to external connections, Suhehui ensures that enterprises are no longer isolated “islands” but active nodes within the park’s ecosystem, empowering each other.

Zhuamu ERP system: Building the digital foundation for e‑commerce operations

Since being named one of the first e‑commerce pilot parks, Suhehui has gathered a number of leading e‑commerce companies, achieving notable industrial agglomeration. To help e‑commerce businesses address the challenges of complex accounting, compliance difficulties, and uncontrollable risks, Suhehui drew on extensive practical experience to independently develop the Zhuamu ERP system, which integrates business and financial management. This system not only solves internal management challenges but also serves as a key digital link connecting the entire park ecosystem.

“Unlike traditional ERP systems that focus primarily on ‘bookkeeping,’ Zhuamu pays more attention to why accounts are calculated the way they are, why taxes are filed the way they are, and how risks can be identified in advance,” Du explained. The system uses orders as the core data unit, with a rule engine that pre‑processes ownership attribution, revenue classification, and cost reconciliation at the transaction stage. It can accurately handle various scenarios including consignment sales, cloud warehouse fulfillment, group operations, and consolidated reporting. “The system can also automatically generate consolidated multi‑entity analysis, identify tax anomalies and issue alerts, helping businesses detect issues before filing and prepare evidence before communication, shifting tax management from post‑hoc explanation to proactive compliance.”

The value of Zhuamu ERP extends beyond internal management to ecosystem collaboration. “The ERP platform brings together the products and services of over 1,000 enterprises in the park, turning neighbors into procurement partners, which is incredibly valuable for businesses,” said Chen Jianming, operations director of Qingshe Technology. Currently, all e‑commerce enterprises based in Suhehui have adopted the Zhuamu ERP system. The system will continue to evolve, keeping pace with new business models and regulatory changes in the e‑commerce industry, helping enterprises achieve clear accounting, compliant operations, and stable long‑term growth.

One‑stop enterprise service platform: Enabling startups to go lightweight

As an important part of Suhehui’s digital empowerment system, the one‑stop enterprise service platform starts with foundational services and redefines the boundaries of enterprise services through digitalization. This platform brings together over 300 professional services, supported by an in‑house expert team and a robust quality control system. It enables online one‑click purchasing and fulfillment for a full range of services including company registration, bookkeeping, office leasing, business registration changes, and intellectual property applications, completely streamlining traditional cumbersome offline processes.

Building on this platform, Suhehui has integrated a local enterprise service network covering 180 cities nationwide, forming an operating model of “one platform, full SKU coverage, nationwide delivery” to ensure consistency in service standards, delivery efficiency, and management experience for enterprises of different sizes in different cities. “Under unified standards, the platform supports online purchasing, payment, and delivery, while digital process management ensures real‑time visibility of service progress, control over key milestones, and verifiable, traceable delivery outcomes, significantly improving service transparency and management certainty,” Du said.

To date, Suhehui’s one‑stop enterprise service platform has served over 10,000 enterprises, with a service penetration rate exceeding 90% among resident companies, earning widespread recognition from SMEs for its efficient and compliant one‑stop advantages.

Six years ago, the Suhehui Global Sharing Economy Digital Trade Center was established in the Hongqiao Linkong Economic Park, becoming one of the first platforms to be accredited as part of the Hongqiao Business District’s global digital trade hub. Standing at a new starting point, Suhehui will continue to deepen its one‑stop enterprise service and park operation model. On one hand, it will promote the standardized replication and cross‑regional expansion of Qingshe Space, upgrading its digital service platform and expert think tank. On the other hand, it will focus on key sectors such as e‑commerce and digital tech innovation, providing comprehensive empowerment for SME growth.

“Our vision has always been to become a world‑class enterprise service group that understands SME owners best and helps businesses achieve excellence,” said Du. As an important carrier of sci‑tech innovation in Changning District, Suhehui uses space to host dreams, ecosystems to activate vitality, and digital tools to enable growth. It will further deepen its integration with regional development, attract more high‑quality enterprises and talent, and walk hand in hand with thousands of SMEs in Changning – a land full of opportunities – to write a new chapter in innovation and entrepreneurship.
