Smart All-in-one Solution for Auto Finance Drew Crowds at WAIC

The World Artificial Intelligence Conference serves as a key platform for showcasing China’s AI innovations to the world.

Yixin Group has officially unveiled China's first AI-powered all-in-one auto finance terminal during the event.

The underlying AI-backed solutions are translated into a complete, one-stop AI intelligent solution into a tangible physical terminal.

Guided by an intelligent digital avatar, consumers can self-service apply for auto finance services, significantly reducing the processing time from over 90 minutes to 15-20 minutes, resulting in a more efficient, secure, and compliant service experience.

Yixin Group, an AI-driven fintech and online auto finance platform, has been continuously promoting the application of AI in risk control and business since 2018 and has further accelerated the deep integration of AI and business in recent years.

Based on its self-developed Agentic large-scale model, its intelligent agent capabilities have fully covered the entire business process, including intelligent calling , pre - screening , risk control , customer service, asset management, and quality inspection, and have achieved large-scale deployment , realizing AI driven by intelligent agents.

As of the end of May 2026, Yixin's AI platform had been called over 125 million times. Currently, 65 percent of its business is delivered autonomously by intelligent agents, with a business conversion rate increase of over 20 percent and overall operational efficiency improvement of over 100 percent.

Jia Zhifeng, Chief Technology Officer at Yixin, said it will accelerate the promotion of its AI-powered smart all-in-one machine for auto finance, gradually penetrating into diverse scenarios such as 4S stores, used car markets, and county-level outlets, breaking down service barriers in lower-tier markets.

Yixin will also continue to advance its global expansion, exporting its innovations in automotive financial technology—including the all-in-one solution—to overseas markets, further leveraging Chinese technology to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of the global automotive finance industry.

The launch of this all-in-one device effectively allows the general public to learn about capabilities of the mature, full-stack AI solutions that users can directly experience and interact with.

A recent mini-roundtable in Shanghai's Hongqiao International Community brought together diverse stakeholders to explore innovative governance models and foster a stronger sense of belonging among international talents.

A recent mini-roundtable and symposium focused on building a governance community for "International Talent Apartments" was held at the Ronghua Fourth Neighborhood Committee in Shanghai's Gubei area. Approximately 40 participants, including community governance experts, university professors, property operators, business representatives, and Chinese and foreign residents, gathered to discuss community integration, conflict resolution, and multi-party collaboration.

Pan Yanqin, a landscape designer and early resident of Jincheng Apartment, shared her transformation from a "passerby" to an active co-governor. She noted that unlike her previous experiences, the neighborhood committee actively involves tenants in activities like environmental classes, ensuring their opinions are implemented. During the "People's Democracy Throughout the Process" session, she highlighted how shared interests foster a stronger sense of belonging. Other key speakers included Sheng Hong, who shared governance experiences; Shen Haobin, who discussed collaborative governance from an operator's perspective; and Dai Jiemei, who introduced initiatives to bring quality medical resources directly to residents' doorsteps.

As one of Shanghai's most internationalized areas, the Hongqiao Subdistrict attracts many young talents to apartments like Jinghong and Jincheng. The Social Work Office identifies two main governance challenges: young, highly mobile residents with weak community ties, and diverse cultural backgrounds requiring personalized services. To address this, Hongqiao practices whole-process people's democracy through a framework combining a party service station and a co-governance committee. A closed-loop mechanism ensures joint problem-solving and shared resources. Consequently, the subdistrict has introduced amenities like barbershops and established a community health station offering international and traditional Chinese medicine services.

Despite these successes, challenges remain in helping new neighbors overcome cultural barriers, efficiently sharing public spaces, and balancing commercial vitality with community tranquility. To drive the transition from a "living space" to a "co-governance community," participants split into three groups to discuss resident integration, space optimization, and commercial-residential linkage. Drawing on practical experiences, they proposed innovative ideas such as community icebreakers, flexible spatial allocation, and friendly business-resident agreements. Experts from the Hongqiao International Community Governance Research Institute provided professional reviews to support the implementation of these solutions.

Ji Lingyun, Deputy Secretary of the Hongqiao Subdistrict Party Working Committee, emphasized that this governance is a core test for enhancing the city's soft power. She expressed hope that the open platform ensures every suggestion is taken seriously and every piece of wisdom takes root.

Looking ahead, the subdistrict will systematically review the collected suggestions to implement mature solutions promptly. Furthermore, it will cultivate community self-governance leaders based on shared hobbies and create more platforms for resident and business participation. By exploring a win-win model where "the community provides the platform, businesses perform, and residents benefit," Hongqiao aims to jointly build a warmer, more vibrant, and highly inclusive international community.

Carnival at New Hongqiao Central Garden lights up the summer night in Changning

The 2026 Shanghai "Hongqiao•Maibobo" Raw Beer Music Carnival was held on the lawn of the New Hongqiao Central Garden from July 22th to 26th, which was a summer extravaganza blending music, food, craft beer, and urban memories created a vibrant nighttime haven for citizens, making Changning's nighttime economy even more lively and exciting.

The 2026 Overseas Elite Students Tour Kicked Off in Changning

On July 22, the "2026 Touring Changning Together with Overseas Students: A Journey Together" event officially launched.

The program invited over 40 faculty members and students from overseas universities such as Cornell University and the University of Chicago to visit Changning. Through various means including introductions to the district's overall situation, policy briefings, discussions, needs matching, and site visits, the program aimed to help overseas students experience Changning's regional development environment and innovative entrepreneurial vitality.

At the welcoming ceremony, officials from the functional departments of Changning District gave a comprehensive introduction to the general situation of Changning District and its talent policies. The innovation and entrepreneurship-related supportive policies, along with an OPC Special Competition were also presented. The whole list of overseas university activities under the theme of "Touring Changning Together with Overseas Students: A Journey Together" was released on site.

During the discussion and exchange session, representatives from overseas universities, overseas students, and enterprises interacted and exchanged views with functional departments on topics such as overseas talent exchange and cooperation, talent innovation and entrepreneurship, and talent attraction and cultivation.
