In recent years, Changning has been continuously stepping up the renewal of public spaces and the revitalization of the landscape along the banks of the Suzhou Creek, constantly breaking down barriers and connecting the city's cultural heritage. In 2021,  the landscape along the East China University of Political Science and Law section, which consists of 10 scenic spots, was officially completed, and the century-old college campus wall was opened, and 27 modern historical buildings of St. John's University were seamlessly integrated with the waterfront promenade. In 2022, the walls of Zhongshan Park were opened in an orderly manner, and the century-old park and the century-old campus faced each other across the road, with ancient trees, old buildings, old roads, and old buses coexisting here, creating a unique "six centuries" cultural texture belonging to Changning.

Meanwhile, the old industrial relics along the banks of the Suzhou Creek are being continuously revitalized and renewed. Former century-old warehouses have bid farewell to the industrial hustle and bustle and transformed into creative spaces and public activity venues. From a "production shoreline" to a "living shoreline," each step of the iteration of the Changning section of the Suzhou Creek is a vivid example of Changning's continuous efforts to optimize urban space and improve the quality of life.

It is on this fertile land of Suzhou Creek, rich in cultural heritage and constantly evolving, that Poly Estate Suhejun Creek was officially unveiled. In March this year, Poly Estate Development Co won the bid for plots E1-17 and E1-21 in Unit C040101 of Changning District. With its rare waterfront location within the inner ring road, the plot has attracted much attention since its release.

The project innovatively adopts the "floating island" design concept, raising the building's foundation as a whole, allowing the building to sit like a tranquil floating island on the banks of the Suzhou Creek. This not only creates a spatial hierarchy between the building and the ground but also provides unobstructed, multi-dimensional views, offering panoramic views of the winding Suzhou Creek and the lush greenery of the plane trees along its banks, showcasing the iconic waterfront ecological scenery of Changning.

In terms of architectural style, the project adheres to a modern and elegant design style, incorporating delicate water ripple textures into the facade, creating a warm and simple feel that naturally echoes and harmoniously coexists with the surrounding historical district. The expansive building silhouette, paired with a distinctive lighthouse shape, creates a brand-new urban interface for the Suzhou Creek shoreline, enriching the skyline layers along the Changning Suzhou Creek.

In terms of integrating living experience with public space, the residential neighborhood is deeply connected to the Changning waterfront space upgrading plan. Relying on the Baiyu Road Bridge slow-traffic system, it can be seamlessly connected to the Suzhou Creek's waterfront promenade in the future, realizing the interconnection between the community and the riverside promenade, allowing residents to truly realize a livable life scene of "stepping out of the door into the Suzhou Creek curve and taking a step to get close to the waterfront".

To further improve the neighborhood facilities and revitalize the community, the project includes approximately 4,500 square meters of high-end, vibrant space, encompassing boutique retail, a cultural and sports center, and other diverse business formats. In the future, it will introduce lifestyle scenarios for all age groups, including leisure, sports, and social activities, creating an open, youthful, and welcoming community hub. This will continuously enrich the community functions alongside the Changning waterfront and contribute to building a high-quality waterfront lifestyle that is livable, workable, and enjoyable.
