At the event, Liu Ping presented the "Global Partner" award to the Spanish branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Leveraging the cross-border resources of financial institutions, the two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration in areas such as cross-border settlement, investment and financing matchmaking, and compliance services for enterprises going global. ICBC representatives fully affirmed Changning's international business environment and industrial cooperation potential, stating that they will utilize their global network and localized service advantages to help Spanish companies easily establish themselves in Changning, empower Changning companies to expand into Europe, and inject financial vitality into two-way investment.

The District Investment Promotion Office presented a themed presentation on Changning's investment environment, focusing on three major opportunities: strategic upgrading, industrial transformation and upgrading, and business environment optimization.
