With the implementation and promotion of the plastic restriction order in various places and fields, the plastic bubble buffer envelopes used by many e-commerce enterprises for many years need to be replaced.

Wanhong offers its solution. At present, the company has a production line that can produce G-type paper bubble buffer envelopes, with a capacity of 6 million buffer envelopes per month.

The first of its kind around the world, the production line is jointly developed with Itochu Corp of Japan, with the cooperation of more than 20 suppliers.

The production line is 46 meters long and 2 meters wide. After more than 20 processes, such as paper unwinding, paper softening, local gluing, local paper mounting, drying, slitting, die cutting, pasting double-sided tape, pasting box, forming, visual inspection and so on, standard paper bubble bags are formed and produced one by one.

In the whole process, the waste is directly thrown into the waste warehouse through the pipeline to avoid population.

Wanhong has signed supply contracts with many enterprises in Europe, North America and Japan to supply them with the G-type paper bubble buffer envelopes.
