Changning hosts investment promotion conference at CIIE

Agreements on six major projects were signed during an investment promotion conference of Changning, part of this year’s China International Import Expo trade and investment matchmaking conference, held by the district government to reveal the improved investment environment in Changning.
The six projects fit in with the district’s 3+3 key industries and are helpful to the construction of trade headquarters.
Yang Yuanfei, a member of the Standing Committee of the district Party Committee and vice head of the district, shed light on Changning’s advantageous investment environment, including its location, industry structure, business environment and strategic opportunity, at the conference.
Hongqiao Linkong Business Park and three new commercial buildings, including IM Shanghai, were highlighted.
As one of the four digital economy industrial parks currently licensed in Shanghai, the park focuses on five key industries: artificial intelligence, digital manufacturing, digital health, digital travel, and digital creativity. It has gathered more than 600 key digital economy companies such as Ctrip, iQiyi, iFLYTEK, and United Imaging Smart Healthcare.
In addition, as the birthplace of the “Hongqiao” brand, Changning is one of the city’s first central urban areas to develop the building economy. There is ample supply of high-quality commercial buildings in the district.
