People who live in a talent apartment in Hongqiao Community share a “living room” downstairs where they can get informed, have a rest or make friends.
Jinghong House is with most of its tenants young professionals. A Party service station was established in January to provide people here “last mile” service.
The Party service station focuses on “whole-process democracy, all-round demand and whole-chain service,” explore and build a new model of “double-cycle” talent service, which will not only become a place for Party members to carry out activities, but also a platform for improving residents’ communication.
“We hope to pay more attention to the needs of social activities while meeting the high-quality rental needs of young people in the community and regularly hold various cultural and recreational activities, so that young talent can better integrate into the community life circle,” said Shao Ding, head of the Party service center of Hongqiao Community.
A tenant surnamed Tan said, “This also makes many young people living here full of expectations.
“The residents living here are mainly young people. They are usually busy with work and have no time to socialize. There is such a space at the door to organize and carry out various activities, so that we can meet friends through activities, which not only can exchange and share life experiences, but also greatly enrich our lives.”
Meanwhile, the under construction Hongqiao Talent Apartment will also set up about 30,000 square meters of service supporting facilities, such as supermarket, elderly care and childcare, culture and sports, catering and shopping, entertainment and leisure, maker workshops, etc.
Through rich business forms and comprehensive service supporting facilities, it will further meet the needs of residents in social, learning, entrepreneurship, leisure and other spiritual aspects, and strives to create a livable, happy, learning and creative neighborhood.
