Haisu Culture Plaza a fusion of fashion, art, and ecology

Haisu Culture Plaza, a new commercial and office complex integrating aesthetics, ecology, and business, is set to open its doors to the public this coming September.

Located between Zhongdeqiao Road to the east, Kaiqiao Greenland to the west, Liu Haisu Art Museum to the south, and Zhaohua Road to the north, the plaza spans over a total construction area of 112,000 square meters, with 51,400 square meters of office space, 16,600 square meters of commercial space, and 9,635 square meters of cultural space.

Combining urban spaces and natural green elements, Haisu Culture Plaza is designed to complement the adjacent Liu Haisu Art Museum. It is also a priority project and practical initiative in upgrading the core competitiveness of Changning District and building the Haisu cultural and artistic block.

Currently, the project has successfully introduced Li Ning Group's Yangtze River Delta headquarters, Fan Shu, formerly known as Fandeng Reading Club, and international advertising giant Dentsu Group.

After the Haisu Culture Plaza opens to the public in September, the project will be integrated with cultural and life-style brands in the surrounding areas such as Wuyi Road, Yuyuan Road, Xinhua Road, and Panyu Road, to leverage innovation and regeneration.

The project will position itself as a cultural, living, and commercial hub with international standards, elevate the commercial quality through the import of cultural elements, and benefit the neighborhood in areas such as art education, art experience, and living amenities. By then, Changning will add another urban public cultural and life-style landmark.
