At the recently held Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Expo, Changning District made an appearance with Johnson Controls and Landleaf Tech at Pavilion E3, while Bosch was featured at the concurrently held Low-Carbon Smart Mobility Exhibition.
In the fiscal year 2023, Johnson Controls allocated 90 percent of its R&D investments to climate-related technologies. Since 2017, Johnson Controls has reduced its direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by 43.8 percent and emissions resulting from the use of its products by 27.1 percent.
Johnson Controls' products and solutions serve over 4 million customers and are used in 90 percent of the world's most iconic buildings. At the 2024 Shanghai Climate Week, Johnson Controls' heat pump technology was selected as one of the "Top Ten Climate Technologies in 2024."
Landleaf Tech's Shanghai Landsea Green Center is the first renovated office building in China to receive the new national standard three-star operational certification and several high-level international green certifications.
The center employs a new energy system composed of photovoltaic power generation, high-efficiency energy storage, charging and flexible electricity usage, turning itself into a mini "power plant."
Bosch presented its electrified mobility solutions and full-value chain hydrogen technology exhibits. At this exhibition, Bosch showcased the C8760i condensing gas heating water heater, specifically tailored for the Chinese market and designed to meet China's climate conditions.
Since 2020, Bosch has achieved carbon neutrality in its direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions. Nine Bosch factories in China have been awarded the title of "National Green Factory" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
