The night of the “Most Hongqiao” Carnival was held on the big lawn of Zhongshan Park on September 30. Numerous renowned artists and bands gathered in Changning to present a performance showcasing the district’s modern fashion and cultural heritage through music and dance.
Cover band plays jazz with Chinese elements
The Big Band of Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai performed a musical feast on the “Green Dawn” lawn in Zhongshan Park, which integrated national style and jazz for the audience on October 1.
In each piece, elements of Chinese style such as pipa, ethnic percussion, and Kunqu Opera are blended with jazz music to create a unique and harmonious beauty, as if leading the audience on a journey across time and space, which is refreshing.
From September 7 through October 13, the Hongqiao Lawn Music Festival adopts the concept of “micro travel” to integrate music, art, and nature.
Six performance events connect five spatial scenes, integrating music and art with the landmarks of Changning, shaping a youthful cultural experience, injecting new vitality into Changning’s original cultural brand, and allowing locals and tourists to experience Changning’s cultural charm more deeply while enjoying music.
Shopping hubs celebrate light festival
The Changning session of the Shining Shanghai Light Festival brought a dual feast of visual and cultural experiences to the audience. Among them, the night scenes of the three commercial circles each have their own characteristics, and through the combination of light art and multimedia technology, each of them creates a charming and unique night tour experience.
The Zhongshan Park commercial circle has planned a feast of light and trends with the theme of “Trendy Light Season,” which makes commercial complexes not only hot shopping spots, but also a heaven of cultural experience.
There are not only dazzling light shows here, but also various interactive installations and performances, allowing audience to experience the charm of trendy culture.
At Hongqiao Gubei commercial circle, commercial complexes converge into a bustling shopping paradise. The theme here is “Nightlife Market,” integrating light art, themed signage, and hustle and bustle to create a vibrant night market atmosphere.
