District launches shopping festival in May
The 6th “55 Shopping Festival” in Changning District was launched on May 5, with the theme “Love to buy Changning, enjoy consumption.”
This year’s shopping festival fully emphasizes the coordination of internal and external circulation, giving full play to the linkage of business travel, cultural and sports exhibitions, and policy incentives, comprehensively promoting the expansion of foreign trade and domestic sales, carrying out multiple key benchmark activities and themed consumer promotion activities, and making every effort to create consumer brands and unleash the potential of the consumer market.
During the “55 Shopping Festival,” Changning regards “commercial circles and streets” as the main carriers for creating demand, focusing on creating new spaces and experiences.
The district also focuses on innovative consumption scenarios such as “pet economy,” “nighttime economy,” “fashion consumption,” “IP economy,” “e-commerce livestreaming,” “smart technology,” etc, to accurately attract customers and inspire the potential of the market.
While unleashing consumption potential through national subsidies, city subsidies, and Le Pin Shanghai consumption vouchers in the home appliances, home furnishings, home decoration, automotive, and catering industries, Changning will also organize commercial enterprises to actively participate in the “Shanghai Business District Boutique Promotion Festival,” and collaborate with key commercial entities in key commercial circles to launch preferential measures for categories such as gold, jewelry, fashion, sports, and beauty and skincare.
