The Shanghai Digital Public Service Center (Hongqiao Digital Valley) was inaugurated on November 25 during a thematic forum at the 2025 Global Data Ecosystem Conference.
The first group of "Digital Service Officers" received certification at the forum. The Hongqiao Digital Valley will operate through both online and offline channels, offering 30 services across 10 major categories to effectively support enterprises' multi-level needs in digital transformation, including computing power, networks, data, and intelligent applications. The team of Digital Service Officers will also assist companies in resource matching through point-to-point connections, providing policy guidance and interpretation.
On site, Changning District released eight implementation directives on supporting enterprises in "digital globalization," aiming to further enhance their capabilities in this area, unite diverse service entities, and optimize the digital public service system.
Sixteen leading enterprises with outstanding strength and representativeness in the field of "digital globalization" were awarded "Digital Globalization" Ecological Partnership certificates. In the future, the District Data Bureau will collaborate with these 16 enterprises to gather high-quality resources across the industrial chain, creating a comprehensive service network integrating platforms, technology, and services.
The 2025 Changning District Digital City Activity Month was also launched simultaneously, during which 20 outstanding digital transformation application scenarios in Changning District were released.
During the event, Luo Peixin, vice president of East China University of Political Science and Law and dean of the China Institute for Rule of Law in Business Environment, and Lang Jisheng, vice president of Meetsocial Group, delivered keynote speeches. They exchanged insights on topics such as how the rule of law escorts enterprises in "digital globalization," how technology enables "digital globalization," and building ecological synergy for "digital globalization."
In the roundtable forum, participants engaged in in-depth dialogues on core issues including the compliance of cross-border data flow, innovation in technology and service models, and technical standards coordination.
