Indulge in beer delight! Shanghai German Beer Night lands in Changnings

Bringing together beer, food, music, and dance, the 27th Shanghai German Beer Night Carnival Week returned to the Radisson Collection Shanghai Yangtze from September 2nd to 6th.

This annual event, blending authentic Bavarian charm, cordially welcomes guests from home and abroad to raise a glass and gather, injecting fresh vitality into Shanghai's cultural and tourism boom.

The air was filled with the aroma of grilled meat and malt, the savory and rich flavor of beer sausages, the smoky black pepper beef, and the event's soulmate – Weihenstephaner beer. In a joyful atmosphere that blended lively Bavarian music with elements of Chinese pop music, Chinese and foreign friends raised their glasses together and shouted "Prost!"

Gao Jun, Food and Beverage Director of Radisson Collection Shanghai Yangtze, explained that this beer night featured authentic German cuisine and lively music, providing a platform for Chinese and foreign guests to gather and exchange ideas.

At this beer night, visitors can enjoy unlimited Weihenstephaner beer and experience the pure joy of the foam dancing on your tongue. Weihenstephaner beer, which started in 1040, carries nearly a thousand years of brewing wisdom. It uses only water, malt, hops and yeast as raw materials. Its signature clove and banana aromas, combined with a dense and delicate foam, fully demonstrate the pure Bavarian flavor.

The buffet feast centers on authentic Bavarian cuisine, featuring signature crispy roasted pork knuckle (a classic dish with a golden, crispy skin encasing tender meat and served with a special mustard sauce), Munich white sausage, flavorful breaded meat, smoked pork tenderloin, and other classic German dishes, accompanied by a variety of sausages and cold cut platters, showcasing the charm of German meat cuisine.
