New venture capital season kicks off in Changning District to empower entrepreneurs

The opening ceremony of the "Foresight Changing Intelligence Chain"—2026 "FORESEE" Venture Capital Season was held in late September in WYSH, a new trendy landmark in Changning District.
The event closely followed the development direction of the "Shanghai Silicon Alley" science and technology innovation district, and successfully linked government, universities, investment and financing institutions, and enterprises to build a diverse platform for idea exchange and resource matching.
Zhang Feng, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Group of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the event.
The "Shanghai Silicon Alley" 2026 Partner Program was launched at the event. This program brings together a group of young entrepreneurs, as well as industry, capital, and professional service resources, laying a solid foundation for further building the "Shanghai Silicon Alley" youth innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The AI Digital Industry Cluster Plan was also launched at the event.
Initiated and supported by the Changning District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Huayang Road Subdistrict, and Changning Branch of the Rural Commercial Bank, this project leverages Changning's advantages as a science and technology innovation hub, opening up channels for capital, infrastructure, and enterprise connections. It provides support services such as landing platforms and resource links for young AI startups, helping more digital economy and science and technology innovation enterprises to cluster and grow in Changning.
Representatives from the Shanghai Youth 50 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Institute, the Changning District Talent Bureau, the District Youth League Committee, and Huayang Road Subdistrict jointly witnessed the official launch of the hit podcast "Waiting for 100 Founders After Work" in Changning. This program will feature face-to-face dialogues with frontline entrepreneurs, telling their stories of innovation and entrepreneurship, and building a new platform for entrepreneurs to express their ideas and share experiences.
The Changning District Investment Promotion Office presented the district's industry strengths, showcasing its advantages in supporting the growth of science and technology enterprises and assisting entrepreneurs by highlighting its location advantages, industrial layout, development opportunities, business service policy system, soft power environment, industrial carriers, and supporting service institutions and facilities.
