L Avenue will introduce more catering leading brands and build a high ground of catering in west Shanghai.

French fusion Restaurant Bar • a • Mundi and Funk & Kale by Wagas are among the latest to join the club amid the shopping malls another round of business upgrade.

The sales of L Avenue exceeded 2 billion yuan (US$314 million) last year, with a year-on-year increase of 39 percent. Some prominent international luxury brands reported an increase of 155 percent year on year, while the number of customers increased by 10 percent, helping Hongqiao business circle where the shopping mall locates become one of the most profitable areas in Shanghai.

As the wind vane of luxury shopping centers in Hongqiao business circle, L Avenue has opened a brand renewal and upgrading in recent years. Through the continuous adjustment of business format, it continues to build a landmark of fashion and quality life in Shanghai.

Since last year, the main brands in L Avenue have successively carried out image upgrading. Following the renovation of Prada boutique in last September, Van Cleef & Arpels and CHAUMET have started the reinstallation and upgrading. It is expected to make a new appearance in the second half of the year.
